Hey Guy's
I just returned from Daytona and after washing my Big Dog twice I've got some serious stains on my Billet wheels, struts, foot pegs, etc. I don't have a lot of time on my hands so I'm asking for the best advice to remove/clean this crap off before riding season gets here in Virginia. In advance thanks for your help/input........

Twowheel,

I wish I could help you out on that, but as you know, more than likely it will just take some time and lots of elbow grease, though I will say that the Mother's Mini Powerball does help in some spots.

Maybe some others got a quick an easy way, but I have not been too succesful with any yet, just time and busted knuckles.

Good to see you around the site more now. Looking forward to getting up with you and the boys down south this year.

Best to you and yours

Depending on how bad these stains are try using some #2000 grit wet and then try some mothers or some wizards polish should do it.

not arguing with that as I've never done it but i have to say I would not be using sandpaper on my wheels or anything else

i wet sand all the time and if you anything about detailing 2000 grit is'nt very harsh at all.he'll be fine and if he's not? then i'll do it better yet i'll do it for free!

Same here .. I paint expensive boats all the time and 2000 grit using water is like using a mild rubbing compound and is perfect for Billet. Good call Water!
