Myrtle fall bike week

Well my brother and I went to Myrtle fall rally. We had a great time. However, The police were out everywhere. My brother and I both received a ticket for illegal lane change.. cost $150.00 and 2 points.
I just read in Easyrider that some folks have a attorney and they are taking this to the supreme court.

I was also a little nervous that some many police were walking around in the bars. I was afraid to even think about drinking a beer.

I will definitely go to Dayton bike week next year. A lot of my friends said they had a great time and were never bother with the police as long as they were acting like adults and not animals.

me and 3 mates are heading over from australia for daytona bike week:2thumbs:. we cant wait . it would be cool to catch up with other big dog owners.

Are ya'll talking spring or fall rally next year? Because some friends and I are trying to make plans to go to the fall rally next year.

not sure where to stay yet but i was thinking some where between destination daytona and daytona ? we will probably only be there for 3 days as we want to go to heaps of places starting from new orleans and going down to key west and then back up to daytona and back to new orleans to fly back to LA and then back to aus.a lot of drinking to be done and a lot of fun to be had.Any suggestions on where to stay?

I stayed @ new smyrna beach about 25 min south of daytona, great price & good ride, there are alot of members that go to bikeweek, I think alot of them camp close to daytona beach

I've gone to MYrtle's Spring rally the past couple of years. It was a great time until this year when the MAN had to screw things up and pass all those ordinances. We're looking to hit Sturgis or Laconia in 2010. Anyone have any stories about these places?
