So Franco you knew there was a problem and did not fix it. Shame on you. But at least you did not take your bike to the firing range over something so simple as a bad wire. And at least you did not chop out the entire wiring harness including the controls and ehc, throw away your handle bars, buy new bars,new controls,new wiring harness and pay some hd mechanic who has most likely never seen a big dod to fubar your k9 all up. You are smarter than you think!

I feel your pain, learning things "old school" or sometimes the hard way, we have good support on this site. I thank you and many others who deal with misfortune of Moto life ( use means to correct chit) for all of us. Sorry bout that, but looks like you found it. Costco - the giant warehouse store here in the States. At least they have good beer and wine :cheers:
