My visit with Andy

I had the pleasure to meet Andy yesterday, with the help of Lena. We spent about an hour there and had a great time. Andy is doing great in my opinion... he's fed up with the hospital, can't wait to get home and his "room mate" is annoying the hell out of him. All signs, to me atleast, that he's coming along really well.

I let him know we are all pulling and praying for him and he has been moved by all the support. We talked a bit about prayer and he let me know that he's a true believer in it now!

For those of you in the Dallas area, I had a banner created for Andy and will be shiiping it to Lena. I was supposed to have it before my visit but there was a snafu with shipping. Anyway, Lena will have the banner for a few days for anyone who wants to sign it before she takes it to Andy.

I'll ask Lena to inform everyone when she gets it.

The down side to my trip was not getting to meet Cindy. I will come up on a weekend next time Cindy.

I'm with you. His improvements allowed us to talk and he told us about the cards, he got a bit choked up. You made an impression for sure.
