Ok, my seat arrived while I was at work and last week I had to head home for a family issue... the bright side is I got to see, touch and use my new Sterling seat.

Now, there is something a bit different on my seat that I've never seen on another seat... so, a tiny bit of background first. I like being able to charge my cell phone and other items in the back pack I use on my sissy bar. I used to run the cable under the seat and then up but it left marks in the paint. I made a micro fiber cloth sleeve and that help... but was a little ghetto.

So, when I started talking with Sterling, I ran my idea by him of creating a path through the seat and out the back... this is the end result, and I have to say I'm truly happy with it. :2thumbs:

Everything works great and we did a few hundred miles and love the seat... comfortable, really classy looking and the pictures really don't do it justice. THANKS STERLING.

The bungy cord is to keep the back pack from touching the paint when it's all strapped on.

Here is the set up I use... sae cable from the battery to a cigarette lighter socket with an usb adapter and micro usb cable that plugs into the phone. I could just plug in my car charger to the cigarette lighter socket but I know I'll forget it so it stays in the truck.
