Gas, The child riding harness was $200.00 when my friend sold his to Jimizee last year. Both of us purchased ours from Fun on 2 wheels in Fredrick MD. 5 years ago. There are 2 dealers, 1 in Indiana and 1 in Pa. This is also great for snowmobilies and Jet Skis (used it for both). I am talking to the wife now , to see if we still need ours since granson has literally out grown his. I wil post here 1st if she agrees.

from one grandpa to another you're doing the right thing! I commend you. That pretty little girl will someday be a pretty mother and she will be telling her children about back when she used to ride on the back of paps chopper.

Has anyone given you a hard time about it? I ride my 7 year-old daughter all the time. When I pick her up from the school the teachers all voice their opinion. Had an older fellow lecture me for a while one day saying how dangerous it is. My wife isn't completely comfortable with it. But she gave up arguing about it.

I've been riding bikes all my life, dirt and street. I feel safer and more comfortable on a bike. Riding is second nature to me.

My daughter loves it. She's probably ridden about 2000 miles with me in the past year. I keep telling her she'll ride that chopper to high school one day.

i am not one to take and listen .....if someone has something to say to me I allways have something to say back........after last weeks ride i loved her riding with me sooooooo much but am very in tuned with the dangers so i went and bought a jet ski for her to ride with me on ,at least there is less assholes out there and people aint gonna make a left turn on me and the driving and talking on a cell phone i would think will be very limited....

I haven't had anybody say anything negative to me other than attempting to cite a law about age of passengers. I pickup my grandson at school and the teachers always love it when we ride off. The 1 thing I do at his school is to carry the harness and full face helmet in and have him get geared up in the classroom. Since I substitute at his school they know his and my safety are the single most important thing we do. As far as the other people well.......... that is exactly what they are.
