Hey, was just looking through, and remembered something we recently had to deal with our little yorkie having two types of cancer, getting chemo and all that. He always got prescription dog food after he got pancreatitis. but he would eat anything. We/ I got to thinking there was so much crap even in this high priced dog food that is very possibly what made him get cancer two fold. We/I researched the fillers that these companies put in all these dog foods.. I was amazed at all the BS that even the high priced ones have in them.
The rest is worth your time reading this:
I work for Fed EX freight and have a lots of friends and co workers that go all over the country. I was talking to a friend of mine about our little dog we just put down, and this theory I have about the crap in these dog foods we all buy. He Smiles and told me this story! He has a buddy that drives and hauls meat loads up in cattle country and it was just this year he got hung up a few days because of weather at a truck stop. The load was going to "Purina" which Nestle owns. By the time he got there everything on this 53' van was two days out of date on the entire load for dog food for Purina. They refused the entire load and would not take any of it being out of date. Then he said , you know who did take it? I had no idea?? He said , " Burger King took the entire shipment, a few days after it had been refused for the use in dog food! I called Purina and questioned this all. She told me they would take no chances with anything they put in any of their products. So the next time you eat a Whopper, you will only be able to imagine just what he crap you just eat.
