My first Big Dog... possibly

I have an opportunity to buy a 2000 Pit Bull for under 10K. When I looked at it there was a slight oil leak after the test ride (which should be easy to fix), condensation under the speedo lense, and I could not find Neutral easily. I know it is 10 years old and will not be perfect, but other than that is was a beautiful bike and a fun ride.

Is there anything I described that throws up a red flag to any of the seasoned BD owners?

All sound's pretty normal, you have to blip the throttle to get to get it to go into neutral easily. If you buy it stick around here, their is a TON of info you could use here. Also before anyone else says it go do an intro before asking any more questions,

It all sounds like issues some of us have had before. Doesn't sound like any major issues...:2thumbs:
