I have his full name now. He had a closed hearing already. Sentencing will be soon and my mom will go to it. He was from a different town, he was the owner of the bike, had a buddy drive it with him on back. I will wait my time. He will be mine one day.

I spoke to kim yesterday. She got the gift card and loves it. She said even after she spends it, she's saving the card due to the picture I put on it. She is also sending me a thank you card to post here.

Yep, we had a nice short talk. She said she was blown away at all the messages on her machine. I told her that bikers take care of bikers and she got herself into our world. That the world needs more people like her. people that, instead of saying its none of my biz and looking the other way, stand up for what is right. That she went far beyond what anybody could ask her to do. That she should be on the front page of the paper as a hero and somebody to set examples after. She told me she was on the front page of a weekly small paper where this happened. So that is cool.

Update. He was sentenced to 2 years in state prison, mandatory 620 days in jail. I can't wait to see him when he comes out.
