Dude, your life is worth a million Big Dogs. Easy to replace metal and rubber, not so much yourself. Glad you're on the upside and all the best for a fast and full recovery. Hell, now you have a lot of time to start checking out Craigslist and Cycletrader for that next Dog

I don't think people should be distracted while driving, but jamming cell phones in a car is a bit much. So now the passenger can't ask for directions? I don't know about you, but that is how I get around asking for directions. If it is not in the GPS it is the co-pilots problem.

As a look at the responses I realize I don't know many of the newer members but we all are brothers .. this post saddens me ,how senseless ! Get well soon !
i don't know about everybody else these days, but it seems like every time i get on the road somebody is trying to take me out. just today, no more than 3 car lengths in front of me, a woman completely ignored a stop sign and pulled out in front of me. i was able to get to the other lane and she starts around me throwing a finger at me. WTF. follow her to where she is going and along the way another van got between me and her and went to the same place. apparently boyfriend. she went inside and i and her boyfriend had a discussion. come to find out supposedly his best friend was killed on a bike by a woman doing the same thing. he didn't seem too happy about what had happened so i left it with him to handle. maybe next time she will think better.

Nick, Hope you feel better soon. Hang in there brother!!...... Same thing has happened to me Woodbutcher. It's never OUR fault. In my mind everyone in a cage is stupid when I am riding the sled and you always have to be alert and looking. Hate to hear stories like this though, especially one of us from the pound.
