Always makes you wonder why bad stuff never seems to happen to folks that deserve it... :angry:

Anyway, with all the positive karma headed your way Ray, it should be a speedy recovery for your brother, you, and the scoots! :cheers:

Thanks all. I love all you guys.

I thought long and hard about posting this pic but decided to. All of you need to keep safe out there. You never know what will happen.
I'm sore and stiff and had to cancel my trip up to Washington tomorrow but nothing compared to my younger brother. Need to take care of Jeryy and his wife Kelli and get the bikes fixed up and heal a bit myself.

You are all awesome :flag::2thumbs::flag:

Ray, if the front end collapsed or the accident is the result from some mechanical defect, make sure you get as much documentation as you can regarding the accident. You will want as many pictures as you can of the scene (even if the bikes have been removed) and the motorcycle itself.

Get far, medium and close up shots of the scene and the bike damage. Make notes now of everything that you witnessed before, during and after the accident. If possible, get some measurements at the scene (point of impact, gouge marks in pavement, etc.) Also, pics of your brother to show the extent of his injuries.

This info is important in the event you foresee any civil action down the road, often which can be years after the fact.

My prayers will go out to your family for sure. Pictures always tell a much bigger story than words that is for sure.
