I recently started the install of my RIP Kit. I quickly ran into a problem unrelated to the kit. I sent Curtis an email on Sunday morning not thinking I would hear back right away, or even that day, considering it was a weekend. He took the time to help me out several times that day even though the issue was not with his product.
Unfortunately, that type of customer service is very uncommon these days. I wanted to publicly thank Curtis for his help and encourage other people to support businesses like his.
