Ok, looks like we are on for May 15th-19th
I've got a lot of good response, so I got with Marie at Pinecrest campground. Rosalie and I camp here quite a bit, and love this place.
It is 16 miles from Salem, for those that want a hotel, but your going to spend more on that, than she charges for the small cabin.
The pavilion is a little more than I expected, but it does come with a full kitchen. Maybe if we only use it on Friday and Saturday night. We can gather at one of the camp sites for breakfast. Let me know your thoughts, and I'll get back to her to work a deal.
There are 2 shower houses for those that are roughing it. So book early, and we'll ride some new roads.

Full hook- up sites $32.00 a night

Water/electric sites $28.00 a night

Airbnb sleeps 10 $325.00 a night no smoking, no pets

Big cabin sleeps 8 $225.00 a night no smoking, no pets

Small cabin sleeps 4 $ 75. A night

Pavilion $100 for the 3 days

That’s a long ride from my house. Might even be further away than Daves not really sure. However I am planning on going to Farm in September this year so can’t really do two major hauls like that. Wish I could. Be great to visit with You & Rosalie in your area of the country! I’m sure it will be awesome for whoever makes the trip!
 :chopper:

I’m afraid with the two structures going up this spring in Arkansas I’m not gonna make it. Building my shop and the Barndamenium. Due to the illness this Christmas and the surgery in March I’m way behind schedule.
Due to the above going on I gotta stick around so nothing stupid happens. The swamp creature needs a hillbilly to translate sometimes. Lol
really there is a bunch of dirt work that needing done for his buildings and neither of us is feeling up to like we are used to in our minds so its liable to be interesting.
We would love to come ride the roads in that area but I guess another time.

Celeste and I are working hard to get me loosed up. She will need to stay home as she will still be in her intensive workout schedule. We are working on family coming to stay with her. That being said, hoping to ride from Phoenix and tent camp. Would plan to arrive Thursday afternoon and depart Monday morning. Will advise once I nail down the campsite.

Hey Shannon, I am thinking I will use a hammock and a rain tarp if the sites are wooded enough to guarantee at least two trees 15 to 20 feet apart. Makes the gear packing on the bike a LOT easier. In May in the Ozarks should I plan a mosquito net? My memories of the Ozarks that early are that it's a 50/50 proposition!

I'm sure we can find something that will work.
