Missing Bolt?

I was cleaning around the bike this morning before I was going to go for a ride and noticed a bolt missing on the front cylinder. There is a bolt in the same place on the rear cylinder. I marked in on the pic of the rear cylinder from the service manual. and took a pic and marked it. It does not seem to be effecting anything.

Mine is the same. Haven't had any problems either.
