Last times when choking and starting up, the front cylinder don´t fire up and run as it should.
After hitting the road an spitting a bit, it will run as it should, and then the beauty runs like a dream.
The left spark plug who is black is the front cylinder.
Bad carburetor jetting ??? I have not controlled it since I change to my Vance & Hines Big Radius 2 into 2.
What do You think.

Check the compression ratio in the engine is cold and the hot. Check intake manifold leak. Try to interchanged spark plug wires. Check the resistance of the ignition coils. (If my memory serves me, must be 3 ohms.) Check the ignition coil wires to the first and second cylinder. I think the spark blacker than they should be. Check the air filter. Then write.

I can not understand in the photo. Perhaps the spark look good. Black velvety soot indicates a rich mixture. But the central electrode looks good.

Yes Ker, agree with You, sparks look good, a little rich on the front cylinder, I will do the S & S carb tuning, have it also somewere in my computer from Youtube.
Am a little lazy with the bike just now, but I will do it :old2::chopper:
Thank´s guys :old2:

I have been having the same issues. Front cylinder plug looks rich like possible oil fouled possible gas valve more likely be gas fouled. I just redid topend new gaskets everything. Pull your intermediate jet. It is clogged up. I just pulled mine an hour ago pissed off because I keep running too lean and plugs acting up after 10 minutes riding. I had to bump my intermediate jet cuz I could not kill the motor with the idle adjustment screw on the Super G when I was trying to dial in I could kill the motor with Rich but not with lean I could take the damn idle enrichment screw all the way out. Bump your intermediate up.. better to puff little black smoke then smoke plug or vaule the hard way.. (0) (0)
