Mikuni Carbs? who can enlighten me?

Thanks for all the information!

I want to thank everyone for taking the time to reply to this thread! You guys are awesome! I'm going to take everything apart this weekend and order parts. If I run into trouble (Which I probability will) I'll start a new thread on rebuilding Mikuni Carburetors and replacing intake gaskets.

:rolleyes:They're INTAKE SEALS !!!!!! not gaskets. :rolleyes:
Pay attention to the taper end when installing the new ones. Flats go toward the heads. :eek:

Andrew, from a new guy I appreciate your deep knowledge of the Dogs, and I for one am very happy for your assistance to fellow members. I have many notes from your posts to others and will have some issues from my own 2005 Ridgeback. Still getting used to navigating the forum, thanks again.

I know this info is coming late, but for anyone reading it...I think the site is : MikuniUSA.com (not 100% sure). They have the info you need on how to tune your Mikuni, jetting ect. a total break down of the carb. I printed it out a few years ago put it in a plastic folder it is about a dozen pages.
