Metzeler 300/35-18 $301

Time for a new tire. I stuck with the Avons for years and then last summer I joined the club of split tires on my front. Replaced it with the Metzeler ME880 and seems like a great tire. Searched the web high and low for the 300. Found prices from $325 to well over $400.
Finally called the local shop and got it for $301. It's in their warehouse in Texas, so take two days..... but not a problem.
Anyway, not sure if they will ship to those outside Denver area, but worth a call if you are shopping for a deal on the 300's.

Thats a good price. Rodneys quoted me about $350.00 for another Metzler. I'm going to try one more Metzler. Love the tire and the way it handles and no tread splice splittting. Only problem I had with my last Metzler was I only got 4500 miles out of it. Wore slap out. I am kind of hard on rear tires though, but really thought I would get more miles out of it. I also have a Metzler on the front and it seems to be holding up good.
