metal fab rear fender

have an 03 dbm chopper wanting to make a custom rear fender. how do i tell what kind of frame is on the bike? Then where can i find a good kind metal fender to mod?

I have an 04 Chopper. Under the tank where the frame comes down to a V is where Rolling Thunder makes there stamp. It is on the carb side of the bike.

If you truly want to make a custom rear fender, then all you need to do is measure between your struts and order the proper width. You'll get half a doughnut, then cut it up from there.

I got my last fender from these guys, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. Nice, 13ga hand formed and wasn't flat topped like so many other wide fenders, and I think I paid less than $200.

If you want a bolt-on fender, then find out if you have a Rolling Thunder or Daytec frame and order from them direct, but it's gonna cost a fortune. A buddy paid $800 for his Daytec fender.
