Some idiot decided to cross at a red light yesterday while i was going at about 70, going home...

I breaked heavily, and then tried to slide the bike before impact... no possible escape, an RV was going towards me on the other lane...


Was ejected, I landed quite heavily, and by some miracle (was wearing no gloves, just jeans, a shirt and my helmet) only have minor abrasions... not a single broken bone...


The bike is pretty wrecked, pictures to come, will do something with it for sure... and I aint quitting riding, that's for sure... even if this might sound like the adrenalin talkin...

Sometimes life's a bitch, but fuck it, even it only the engine is salvageable I'll build a rad chopper with it, ride on bros!

none of that, had to srtoooooooooongly pull myself together to get back on my feet after the shock, and the police was already there anyway...

but as it happens, i have friends in the div, and as philosophical as we may wax on certain things, certain items have to be dealt with in a certain way... ;-)

Sorry to hear about the bike. I'm glad you came through it with only some scratches, it could have been A LOT worse, keep us posted on the rebuild.
