See if you can dig up some more info on what was diagnoised and what was the repair/fix ....

And out of courtesy to my fellow members here .... please take the time to do a little intro about yourself .... you will probably get alot more help that way.

Thanks "five"

Get rid of the BDM wiring and replace with a Thunderheart wire system.
You will have no problems and its an easy install.
You bought the bike to enjoy riding it. Just work the bugs out.

Let me know if you have any other cousins with Dog Problems, I'll be interested in getting the family discount on a new/slightly broken down Dog

There's two ways to go.
1) Wire Plus system from wires plus. It removes ECH and you have to re-wire connectors.

2) Replace with PDM from Big Dog Performance parts. This is more of a plug and play.

Before you go overboard with major work, go to a Harley shop and pick up an AGM battery with 310 or more cca and make sure ALL your connections are tight. Start with the easy least expensive things first.

:2thumbs:
Also check you voltage at the battery, should be 13 to 14 volts with engine running. Come back and tell us what you find.
