Holy crap ...I am so sorry to see and hear of your situation...i m visibly shaken just from looking at them pictures...I just cant even fathom after seeing the pictures,anyone even being alive after this,let alone just signing onto a forum and telling his story!!!!! you will definately be in our prayers for a steadfast rcovery and thanks to the big guy in the sky for sparing you.......You are a very lucky man......as much as drinking and driving impairs ones driving,so does this distracted driving..people should start going to jail for the use of phone involved accidents..........THANK GOD.........

Man those pictures look real bad. Glad you weren't hurt worse than you were. Take it slow for several weeks with the rib injuries. Sucks about the bike.

Those are very disturbing pictures. I'm glad that you were able to survive that. That was a beautiful machine that you had. I hope that you recover quickly, and that your able to get back on the road soon. :bang:As for the gal that ran over you. I hope she realizes what really just happened.

Thanks Tommy ... Pictures are from the local newspaper..Last night in ICU I had a recurring dream of the accident....never been hit so hard in my life, my memory is of me glancing over my left shoulder and seeing the car headlight in my face and feeling the impact of the bumper slamming into my back, and seeing the morning light diminish as the car landed on top of me trapping me in darkness...once I realized I was still alive, I began pulling myself out from the pile of wreckage...am I really still alive or is this all a dream that i'm on the forum talking with friends ????
