its a westbury cap. they dont have them on the website anymore from the looks of it but you could find them on ebay most likely

Just be sure that you can get your paintsaver ring out first, otherwise it is alot of wasted money for something you cant use.

Also, I think Raywood had one of these and the adaptor came loose and he lost it going down the road.
