So I e-mailed Jake at Low Down Chop Shop with a question about the HID headlight kit for my pooch.
Jake's friendly reply included an offer of a discount.
Well... I tried a few times to enter the code but it wouldn't work, so I ordered anyway.
Kit arrived today.
Upon opening the kit I see a plastic parts bag with cash and a note:
"Your Discount I owe U! THANKS! Jake"
Owe ME??? Thank ME???
THANK YOU, Jake!!! 
 
Appreciate the cash, but it's the THOUGHT that counts!
That is GREAT customer service!!!
Hmmmm... think I'll ask more questions in the future
