Low Oil Pressure

The oil pressure light is flickering on my Mastiff. It only happens when I get off the freeway and only when I'm sitting at a stop light. If I give it a bit of gas, it stops flashing. The bike is only two weeks old. The dealership claims that everything looks good. I'm guessing that they may have used a low viscosity motor oil. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what's going on?

Thats right. If your RPM's drop below like 950 it will make the light flash. Specs call for idle to be 950-1050. When ya start it cold ya might need to keep the RPM up with the throttle until its idling good. Don't use the enrichener

Thanks for the info. Why do they use an enricher instead of a choke?

Probably cheaper and simpler I would guess.

install A gauge so you know whats going on..
