I finally got my tranny back from Baker yesterday! :D Don't know if many of you know it, but Rocky's son laid her bike down a couple of months ago while taking it for a spin around the block and she picked up all her tins from the painter yesterday. I have both dogs torn apart and shit scattered everywhere. Time to put'em both back together again and git to riding. If you want to see some cool pics of Rocky's paintjob, go to Home Page and click on "motorcycles". Her pics are the first few that come up. I'm screwed if I don't get these bikes back together soon. Hmmmmm. That's an idea! :job: Shitty weather all weekend, so good timing to be inside working on the dogs........or getting screwed. Have a great weekend all!

All Rocky wanted was to have the bike painted just like it was before. Artists are a strange breed of humans (nothing personal Ed) and you will never have two of them paint the same, but he got pretty close. I think she's happy with it.

Thanks Oscar. We'll have to meet up one weekend at Finnigans Irish Pub in the French Quarter. First rounds on Rocky!!!!!!! Just don't tell her till it's time to go. Like they say, if you're drinking to forget, please pay in advance.

MY dog is back together and running like it was meant to be. Had a hell of a time getting Rocky's oil tank in place. The paint shop took it off. Finally figured out that if you remove the wire off the top of the starter, it will just barely squeeze in. Still waiting on a few "upgrade" parts but should have Rocky's dog ready by this coming weekend. The paint shop cut the rear tail light wires so I have to get some new 3-wire plug and re-wire those. Nothing too major.
