Loose rear turn signal

ok like i said i wasnt sure so i pulled my lens and leds on my o4.there is not a nut on the inside only the bolt from the fender.see i can admit when im wrong:lol:my question is are we taking about a big dog or another scoot?

mobsta....is yours the 2 piece assembly (housing and foot)

Mines a 03 Pit...was 2-piece..converted to 1-piece..

Won't do any good to just tighten it up, You need to loosen it up some more, put some blue loctite on it and then tighten it up. Otherwise it will just back off a couple rides down the road.

I fixed it, it had a lock nut in there (nylock).

I will tell you that I would have been back in here to find out how to remove that led board if someone had not said to pry it out and check the nut.
That thing was stuck, I tore the gasket/seal getting it out and now need a new one if I can get just the gasket.

How many do you have?
It means a lot when that is what you do for a living, especially pay.
I'm master registered which is the European equivalent but
all those certifications are expired now and have been since I retired from the College
where I taught Automotive Technology.
