It sounds like my hub nut has come loose from what I hear from other members on here. What are the steps for me to fix this myself. Thanks Alan

The first step would be to make an introduction and let us know a little about yourself, your bike and you get the drift. Next step is to let us know the year of the Bike and whether you have a service manual or not. Then everyone will jump in and help.

CLEAN EVERYTHING THREAD RELATED, re-assemble, torque to 150lbft dry, remove the nut, apply red loctite, torque to 125 lbft. this was the amended procedure from Big Dog.

Check your flanged hub thoroughly.
If it was like that for too long its trashed and has to be replaced.
