Maybe this guy? This is a quote from his intro.....

”Howdy Folks! Just wanted to introduce myself to the people in this Group. I'm one of the six fully-certified Big Dog master technicians. I own my own shop, Millar Machine, just west of Houston, Texas, in a small town called Orchard. I graduated top of my class at the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in 1993 and have specialized in custom, American-made V-twins ever since. If I can do anything to help, or you need a place to bring your Big Dog, please give me a call. You can find out more on my Facebook page: Facebook.com/MillarMachine. Ride safe everyone!”

If you own a BD my suggestion would be to learn how to wrench on it, it's not difficult and there is a lot of "customer support" on this forum.

agree with the above sentiments -

when i got my bike, i found this site
and it was/is a wealth of knowledge & help -

and i recall someone who had the tagline
"why pay someone else to fuck up your bike"
and i've taken that to heart -

and a special shout out to @Mr. Wright & @bdm7250 for including the dropbox link to the manuals -
thanks dudes!!

cheers!

Andrew Barns from NY recommended I contact John Miller at Millar Machine. I do just about everything but motor work. I bought a 2007 K9 back in October never quite like the way the bike was running. I just took it a few weeks ago to John, he pulled the carburetor ultrasonic clean it, rebuilt it and put in different jets. the bike runs great I highly recommend him.
