Looking for engine specs on 1999 Vintage Sport 107 S&S

Been looking for specs on the motor in my bike. Called S&S with the number on the case, they said it was sold as "unassembled case" and was assembled by BDM. The bike was purchased used, but the previous owner had less than 8k on the odometer and claims he didn't do anything to the engine. It runs like a cruise missile, and has walked right past lighter bikes with bigger motors. I'd like to know what manner of voodoo BDM put into this thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. That's the 107 you don't see many bikes with a bigger engine so you should leave them in the dust. What bikes have bigger engines? No way to know what cam is in there unless you open it. Some came with a 600 or a 585 back then. Maybe you got one with a 600

Welcome to the BDM world! Now you know why we ride these bikes. I know I would like to know my cam size as well but its farther down the list of things to do to the bike. You can buy an S&S engine service manual if you need to know details.

If Big Dog assembled the engine it is hard to tell what is in there. Just ride it,enjoy it and pull away from every Harley you come up against. I do.

We keep three factory Harleys in our garage, but most of our bikes are aftermarket-builder bikes with big engines, as are most of the bikes belonging to those we ride with. There are a pair of 124" bikes we have that I can't hang with, but the 124" American Ironhorse my dad used to ride just can't get with me.

Our local guru that owns a bike shop around here (also a Bonneville holder) says it's the fastest 107 he's ever seen. I let him ride it and he didn't even have to say anything...the grin on his face said it all! I guess I'm gonna have to tear it down this winter when I overhaul it so I can find out what's in it.
