Hey Mike, lots of threads on here on this subject. Here is a company that will do it all for you. Not sure it's the least expensive but they will get it done.
As for balancing the wheels you may just want to add the dyna beads instead. Lots of threads on that subject here also.
Post a pic of those nice shiny wheels when you get it done.

Space Coast Plating in Melbourne FL. is who I'd say send them to!
They do an awesome job, seems to be better chrome than Brown's because I have used both.
My Brown's plated parts seem to "start to pit" and always need chrome polish on them here in Florida.
The Space Coast Plated parts always stay perfect looking and Space Coast is about 1/4-1/3 cheaper!!!
