Are you sure or did you mis-type 5/16-8 -- never seen 8tpi on a 5/16 bolt usually 16 and 24 - Banjo bolts usually are 24 in what I've used.

Yes 5/16-18 x2”. It’s for the mounting bracket for the spike on my ridgeback to the S&S super G. The head breather bolts.

Ah, crankcase breather bolts!
Try Rossmeyer's, bet they either have them or can get them.
Yes Sir. I talked with Shannon last night. He’s going to make me a few. I can’t find them anywhere. And he said I probably won’t. They are pretty much only available with that air breather kit. Hope your well Mike!

And they are 5/16-18 x2 (bolt size-threads per inch x length)

That was the first thing I asked as I had never seen an 8thread per inch 5/16 bolt.
I wasn’t aware that it was possible to have withdrawals over a motorcycle... but it is. Got the banjo bolts I needed from Th3Infamousl. Surely do appreciate that. Also found out they were made by Mr. Wright. So Thanks to You to Shannon! Also I would like 4 more of those if you are so inclined to make some. Shoot me an invoice.
