I'm in the market for an open belt as well, I've contacted Karata and they no longer make one for our bikes. I think it's going to be hard to find one unless someone is willing to sell it used, unfortunately.

If your bike is LSD you should be able to make any belt drive for a harley work.

Yeah the back plate wont fit the RSD from Ultima. There were very few companies that made them for the 05 and up models. If you were to find one new you would be looking at 2,500 dollars and up. And if you are lucky you may find a used one for about 1,500 and up. There was a guy on here trying to sell his, and I'm pretty sure it didn't sell due to his asking price. But it just depends on how bad you want one. There have been guys on here make Ultima fit, but they had to send it off to a machine shop. You might want to search the site and see what you can find.
