I have the TP box's .What I Need to know is if these are the right S&S box's for there replacement? THANKSI think that was the change over yr some had tp some has S&S,, those are the S&S rocker boxes
This is what I was concerned with. Ray mentioned on another thread that after 05 the ssw motor had a diff. head that was considered a HD S&S head or something of that nature. Also Jake mentioned that when buying a thunderheart ign. 05 and up ,it has to be for a twin cam motor. The bolt pattern looks right, but I was hoping for someone with this scenario to Chaim in.I would be concerned if they say they are for a twin-cam. But what do I know.
its either a TC or an EVOPart # is 90-4110. This is for a twin cam evo.

BDM 117 uses twin cam heads!I would be concerned if they say they are for a twin-cam. But what do I know.
NO. The kit has the box bottom-top-center(rocker holder) gaskets and hardware. Shafts and rockers sold separately. When I talked to S&S today ,the rep said he was completely comfortable telling me to use the TP rockers. Not that he didn't want to sell his product, but said TP was an excellent rocker being forged, and a roller as well, and the box clears up the geometry issue. I got to believe him. so I will dye the stems and review the roller alignment. That seems like a killer deal. Cheapest I've seen anywhere.
That kit include everything needed? Rockers and all?
YEP. Seem's they use the Evo bottom and the twin cam head. Hence 117TC. Kinda like a sportster fuckin a Roadking.:roll::roll::roll::roll::BDM 117 uses twin cam heads!
