Don't really understand your question, but why would you need a manifold for a 2007 Dog.

I think you are looking for the Carburetor support bracket that goes between the carb and the 90 degree elbow to support the air cleaner. if so go here

Yep, sounds like you are asking about the carb bracket. Wimmer has them too!
