Do you have a mig or tig welder?
If you do, remove the mount, weld a nut to the bolt and back it out.
If not then your stuck with drilling and using an ez-out

Well if you can't take that bracket off and weld a nut on then your really left with an EZ out. Soak that SOB in penetrating oil and buy the best ez out kit you can find. I would recommend a FASTENAL shop.
You could try a few left hand drill bits as well. Again, go to the FASTENAL shop and get the guy behind the counter to give you the best one they got because you may only get one chance to do this.
Whichever u choose apply heat first. I just looked at the manual for an 07 and I assume that is your exhaust bracket? that bolt calls for red loctite and 25 ft/lbs. Get it nice and hot before you use any method.

Not good. I've drilled out a few broken EZ-outs but they are very hard / difficult.
Not sure how it looks but I'd try smoothing the end of the broken EZ-out with a burr on a die grinder (best burr you can find). Then try drilling with a carbide drill bit after I had the end dressed down smooth.
You may need to go to a machine shop to get a burr & drill bit or let them take a look(can't get carbide for most local places).

sorry dude -- again IMHO you will need to find someone to burn the hole out bia a oxy/acceltalene -- then redrill/tap -- not a major issue based on the pic but it is a big PITA to bring it somewhere and explain... you could always have a bracket mig;d or a nut mg'd to the frame --- all bets are off at this point to bring it back to stock -- also u could just leave it alone and get a stainless high grade bolt to replace the one that is remaining -- its only an exhaust mount

With the heat that you may need to get that bolt out I would hate to see you ruin the paint for a fricken exhaust bracket. If you can't stand the look try and find a small black or chrome plug or something that might blend in well.
Or buy a new exhaust that doesn't require the bracket

Center punch dead center....start with a small bit and work your way up. I suggest using a drill with a clutch set pretty low so you dont break the bit. High speed with a lot of cutting fluid.

Get someone who knows how to tig weld very well. What I do is build the weld up layer by layer on top of the broken bolt, you can use a water soaked towel to cool the frame as not to burn the paint. As I said, build the weld up on the center of the broken bolt being careful not to fuse the bolt to the frame, build up enough weld to be able to grab the weld with visegrips and twist out. I have done this many times, but you have to be a very good tig welder.
