I have a 02 pitbull, and went to start her up today, and turn the key on and all lights come on, but nothing. It wont turn over. The only thing happening is that I can hear a clicking noise coming from the EHC when I press the starter button. But no noise at all from the solenoid or starter. Battery checks out ok. What the hell is going on here???

could be that you need to do an intro and some of the electrical gurus will chime in and help,as for me i would say check all your connections and make sure your battery really is good, load test it?hit run then start?could be the starter relay

Double Check your battery connections. Make sure their tight and clean. I have a buddy with an 03 chopper and if his connections get even slightly loose his ride does the same thing.

After you do an INTRO, do a SEARCH as this topic has been discussed many many times.

I have an 08 Mastiff. Had the same problem. Positive battery cable was loose and melted the battery post. New battery and $139 later, it starts like a dream.

Intro:(; Questions coming:confused:, Is that EHC the original? Did you wash your bike according to Wayne at BD Dogs don't like water not even moisture from sitting thru the winter. Give your connections the once over.

02 Mastiff would have a starter relay or no? Really try to isolate that clicking, you're sure it's not coming from below the oil tank, right at the top/rear of the primary? Also, there is a little green wire with a spade connector going into your starter. Pull that off and check it for 12v when you press the start button. Get back to us when you've done this.
