Even with the switch off the lights flicker on and off. Ignition switch off and even with switch disconected???? By the way it's a 2006 pitbull.

everything. but now nothing. can't get any power anywhere. test light shows power but nothing comes on. guessing ehc fried

ill try another battery and let ya know. Manual says there is a curcuit breaker that may trip. where excatly is that???

by the way low beam went out about a month ago then the issue with the ignition off and everything coming on and off and now NOTHING.
I've read there is a breaker button under someplace? Look from the seat on back. Has to be wired to the button so find wires heading out from under that seat area, oil bag area, black box panel on out, etc.
The battery change would bring the lights back on so the breaker is a non-issue if we have lights, right?

I could be mistaken but I thought somewhere on here someone had their headlight bulb break and fuse so it screwed up the whole bike. Maybe get Curtis's LED bulb? Take yours out and see if that's the problem. Good luck.

Check the bulb socket in the headlight bucket. The connector under the tank for the headlight circuit can sometimes get hot and overheat and fail. Designed with too high of current running the high beam thru this 4amp rated connector contacts can cause it to fail. If there is a fault in the system the ESC will shut things down until the fault is cleared.

well its not the battery. Still nothing. No lights or anything. Will check the headlight bulb next. May be seems i was having trouble with low beam before all this started anyway

EHC was fried. Instead of paying 600 for a new one i bought an Ultima Pro wiring kit and rewired the whole bike using the stock ignition module. running like a champ now. May need to put some compression releases on because the kit didn't adapt to that but overall working great

Where did you get the Ultima get from,how much.......and how did you get it to work with Big Dogs Hand controls?????????? I been wanting to rewire my bike WITH that kit...........how do you like it?

Dan I wanted to change the bars and controls anyway so that what I did. Wont work with stock controls. Already have the Vulcan dual coil just used a starter button on there. Haven't rode much with it yet but seems fine so far. Ill keep ya updated on any problems. Oh yea checked everywhere and ended up getting the kit off EBAY. Alot cheaper
