I am needing the hole for passenger pegs so I need to move it.

Where your side plates are at on your swingarm there should be another hole there for you to mount foot pegs too

You got the 03 boxer? Sounds like previous owner relocated it to the passenger peg mount. Originally it was behind the strut.

I looked at and it looks like I would have to remove the back tire just to put it back to where it is supposed to be. The bolt is longer on that side and if you put the bolt in backwards there is enough thread to put the license plate there.

2000 Big Dog Prosport. The license plate frame came from Custom Dynamics. It has a brake light,plate light and turn signals built into it.
