Here are the rules:

Mechanic/Technician must:

1) Have and make use of: a brain
2) actually know how to work on a Big Dog Motorcycle
3) not assume that everyone in this forum is an idiot and doesn't know anything about Big Dogs
4) know how to use blue tape and/or be capable of keeping a wrench on a bolt (as opposed to gliding across my chrome with every attempt at a turn)
5) own an actual business and a space zoned other then "residential"
6) not be an asshole

Did not realize Deland was that far from Ocala. Anyway, maybe he can help. maybe not.
Thanks... Depends on where in Ocala... I use a Ducati dealership out there for my Diavel. They are about an hour & fifteen minutes from me. I'll travel if the place is worth it.

2nd person in the last month or so with bad experience from Carl's Speed Shop. I thought they were reputable from what I have seen online. I've never had any personal experience though

Don't get me started, man. You can probably find some tasty morsels if you do a search here... Not
To mention a Google search.

Yea I've seen the most recent one from here. I've never sought it out but I've seen people recommend them on other forums but who knows!

I had a wire plus installed on a 2008 K9 I purchased from a bank repo and had my 2010 Bulldog Bagger motor Diamond cut and Powed Coated at Carl's only problem I had was the key switch went out on the K9 a month later but they fixed it for the cost of the key switch. Can't say I have had any issues with Carl's sorry you had a bad experience Matt.

I'm sure they are not all bad... Doubt anyone is. Glad things went well for you.
