I'm not sure you are going to get any viable references from audio recordings of exhaust. It usually is extremly distorted since it is so loud. You'd need some pretty sophisticated recording and playback equipment to really know what it sounds like. I'd say get around some bikes man, cause there ain't nothing like feel that goes with the sound. If we had a FRICKEN WORKING PHOTO GALLERY you'd be able to at least look at bunch of options

thats why i asked for links also. i would think at a distance you'd get some idea. i saw/heard a few on you-tube that were alright.WHAT?

Our police force just went on a wild rampage giving out tickets for loud exhaust. They carry a decible meter with them. You are only allowed 92 decibles. They hold the meter 20" away and at a 45 degree angle. If you are over it is a $231 fine and 2 points on your licence and 14 days to get it in order or they cancel your insurance. I removed my mean mothers on the weekend and installed the stock system to avoid problems. The bike sounds like a sewing machine now.

I got the hooker trouble makers... I cut the baffle in half..great pipes for 200 bucks delivered.. 1 piece heat shield.. & thay dont drag in right turns...:2thumbs:
