LED's win, they will get you laid. If you get purple, make sure you buy good ones, for some reason purple fades over time.

purple are the only ones that have to be made from UV lite and for some reason it aint perfected and just dont glow like all the other colors....good luck findin purple to glow like that blue

Ive got purple pods from custom dynamics on mine. There are a mix pod of blue and red lights on the same pod. They glow a black light effect. The pods are the bar type and are easy to mount and hide and bright as hell and easy to wire. Save yourself some grief and get the install kit with the wire block. It simlifys the install and it nice and clean. But as everyone has said, keep em away for the ehc!!! especially the swith. I mounted mine kinda close to in and it caused all types of goofy shit to happen. Moved it back off the the side of my seat tucked under so it cant be seen.
