Led head light

Energy One
Got a 2007 big dog bulldog with electronic Fuel injection. Wanted to put in LED light bulb in doesn't want to seem to work flashes and cannot adjust high and low beam. Is there anything else I should be doing other than buying the LED bulb and plugging it in?

You likely have the original EHC which has a circuit that sense the current draw of the low beam and if it is below a threshold, it decides the bulb is not working and kicks on the high beam. I had that issue WAY WAY back when in the days of HID lights as you needed a modified version to work properly.

Not sure what the solution is currently.

Did you just change the BULB itself? You might want to wait till someone chimes in but I beleive the daymaker clones don't suffer this issue.

This why we haven't carried an H4 LED in a bit. It takes some ordering to find a good one that doesn't have that issue with the OEM EHC.
And then when you run out you go back to order and the company you were ordering from, China of course, doesn't make them anymore, changed their design for the worst or is just gone.
