Does anyone else sell the white faced led boards for the blinkers or do they have to be bought from BDM or does anyone have any they want to sell??

You have some options. Your 03 as mine did had clear lights and colored lens. BDM changed them later to colored lights and clear lens. They are all the same size or at least 03 and newer.
I do miss the flashing tailights of the 03 though.
If you get the colored lens you can then go to any HD shop and buy their clear lens with the hood covers if you wish as many here have.
Nelson can get you what you want.

Ray mine had the colored lenses but I went with the clear ones. The leds are red on the rear and amber on the front. What I dont like is the led boards on the 03s are green and the 04 and newer are on white boards.
Seems BDM may have used a combination of lens in 03. Nelson can hook you up with whatever you want though.
Those LED's are pretty expensive though. The tag light one is $30!

Looking up your bike, the rear fender LEDs are showing as white for the factory replacements:
(1) BDM170-00125 / LED WHT T-SGNL BOARD,RED,DUAL - $58.50 (each)
Signal Dynamics may also be able to help you out on them. Good products there, I've done business with them before.
