Learning to use the K.I.S.S. System.

I read so many post here of people who panic before thinking. I use and teach a method called the K.I.S.S. System. Abbreviation (Keep It Simple Silly). Too many times people panic before thinking what’s wrong. Gas, Fire, Air, or as us old timers call it suck, pow, pewee all motors will run. If problems are looked at with open mind, clear thinking most of the time it will expose itself. Too quick of thinking, throwing parts at it will just prolong repairing the issue that started the problem. Hope this helps and not hurt anyone feelings here. This is just my 2-sense worth.

Great post for us newbies!! I have gotten a real positive attitude adjustment since owning this monster. "It's just a bike" worst case, you may have to take to a "professional", but more than likely you can get it fixed here:2thumbs:

Hey,:2thumbs: not trying to step on any bodies toes, but I was taught that K.I.S.S. meant " Keep It Simple Stupid". That process had taught me many lessens. I found many problems by looking at the basic stuff first.
