Last ride

I took on my Hound was about a month ago.
The weather has been bad every time I get a day off or got family plans and cannot get away for a ride.
Today it snowed a bit, got up to around 28 degrees and a lot of the secondary roads are icy.
Hopefully next weekend I can get out.
Need to get over and suck down some awesome rootbeer that sailor girl gets me from their local micro brewery.

My last ride was early september. It was a great ride out to Lake Huron for dinner with my wife. Then I had my fall and been laid up sence. I'm counting the days till spring.

This afternoon, to get the Stabil circulated through the carb on the Big Dog and the fuel injectors on the Harley. On call starting Wednesday until Christmas Eve, so next chance will be Christmas if the weather allows

Late in October, across the pass to Leavenworth and back. All tied up providing "family eldercare" since then, even on the rideable days. But, first nice day after this cold snap, and I'm gonna get around some. Nice thing about the Seattle area, there are always some real nice weather breaks throughout the winter.

Went out today for a 2 hour ride!:2thumbs: I needed it to! Got up to about 63 here in Memphis. Rest of the week looks like nothing but rain.

Saturday - only about 40 miles on the motorway. Picked the bike up after having the S&S rocker boxes and new lifters done. Also had the ports tidied up a little. Runs great.

Actually it was Nov 29 @ around noon.. Went about 15-20 miles. I was picking it up from Beezers after having some work done + a .600 cam installed.

Sunday November 2nd.

Spent the morning riding with a few buddies and the OL's to a remote bar about 70 miles from us where they claim to have the "Best Burgers and the Coldest Beers".

The ride, beers, burgers and company were as good as expected.

Would have been a "perfect" day had we not had to sit through the Ravens beating the Browns while we were having our burgers and beers. :angry:

Thought I was going to get the bike out for a bit yesterday but a Christmas gathering got moved up to accomidate an unscheduled PeeWee Hockey game.

This last Sunday, Mrs. RRRUFF and I went on Toy Run. Put down about 100 miles or so, temp finally got up into the low 50's. Great time had by all, except the one guy on a Harley had to lock up the rear wheel and laid her down. All ok except for a few scuff marks.

Not very good here either. I took this about 30 min ago. Had to turn the pump off before it drained all the water and froze up!

We are sending another storm your way and seems another one is coming out of the Gulf of Alaska bringing in more cold weather and snow!

Rode a little yesterday it was 71..........today's high is 38 :down: 30 degree swing in temps are not uncommon around here. I still hate winter time
