I seen that bike in late Jan. at the plant...Somebody had taken parts off the bike...It basically was "Canibilized" and was sitting in the back... That was Big Dog's concept bike to introduce the 121 SS motor....They used a K-9 frame, completely re-did the rear section...According to some there, it never ran right....:down:I would swap my 07 Bulldog for that ride
Yes Sir! That is the one, in peices is ok.You referring to this bike "Knot"

News Flash, there will be no parts business...just watch...If you think the future is parts for Big Dogs, then you just bought into the "Hog Wash" BDM is putting out...After market parts is at it's best when new bikes are flowing...Every month from here on out, there will be fewer Big Dogs out on the Streets...(accidents, maintenance problems, etc.) :loony: Also, the reality is, loyal customers will jump ship! Or do what i'm going to do...Which is preserve my bike and not spend another dime on it..So when does the parts business open and what is the phone number?
X2! Negative comments are so 1 sided and usually unjust. A week ago BDM was the best ever, and now today people wanna shit on them.Personally, I don't want to see negative bullshit about Big Dog. They made a great product and were simply victims of the economy. I want to see them reopen doing whatever they need to do to keep afloat. I know they will make Big Dog parts but I really think they can make money doing parts for all bikes (even metrics).
I still want the speedometer upgrade and will try and see if the company that was making them will now be able to sell something to us. Has anyone tried this?
Richard
The upgrade was overpriced for what it does...Whoppy Do, it can switch back and forth from odometer and speedometer and can tell time now...Go with Dakota digital and keep your old one as a spare...Personally, I don't want to see negative bullshit about Big Dog.
