I met with Andy's Trauma Team today.
His Cardiologst says his heart is stable now, so they are going to attempt to ease him off his sedation. (He has been soooo heavily sedated.) They want to bring the Neurosurgon back in to see the extent of the head trauma. Andy is still on a ventilator and can not breath on his own, but they are thinking they will give him a Tracheotomy on Wednesday.
That makes me feel optimistic to think they have him stable enough to move on with treatments. His Doctor actually crossed his fingers and said "I hope it works this time". lol
It didn't work the first time they tried all of this, but maybe Andy will respond now.
I have been overwhelmed by the support I have from you guys.
I thank you so much for all the prayers.
And thank you for caring. It means so much to me.

New news as of 4:45 p.m.
Andy didn't tolerate coming off sedation. His heart beat became erratic.
So back to square 1 again.
