Landmark Gas Caps vs New BDM Caps

We all are familiar with the Landmark Gas Cap on MOST of our BDM's as seen on my gas tank pic below

But many of have noticed the new looking gas caps on the new bikes. Well according to Landmark they quit making the gas caps from BDM about 2 years ago.*

So I wonder who makes the new one?

Will the landmark tool still pull the paint saver? Is there still a paint saver ring?

i can say for a FACT the top of the box the new caps come in say MADE IN TAIWAN on them! i bought one for the right tank on my 05 pitbull. and it looks like its NOT going to seal
