La choppers exhaust

thinking about switching out the fsd exhaust to la choppers.love my fsd pipes but they don't wuite seal right. I have a exhaust leak which causes fire to shoot out the exhaust also has a bit of a stumble.

I was having the same issue, stumble and back fire with fames coming out on decal. I changed the intermediate jet to a 32 and the Main jet to a 78 and the issue is gone. I can actually make it to my drive way without the neighbors shooting the finger at me . I also put the torque wrench to the exhaust flange to make sure they weren't loose.

Been there done that changed the manifold gaskets added torque cones, re torqued no luck ??still won't seal???

I have la chopper pipes on my Ridgeback. They do pop but no flames. 32 int 76 main. love the way they run huge performance gain over the stock pipe

You thinking of the LAFs?

Have you tried doubling up the exhaust gasket? I run the Flat crush gaskets and you can double them up.
