I used a skinny rod (sorry don't know the measurement) I picked up at a hardware store and put a zip tie on it and clipped the end like a pointer (arrow).

Bent the other end at 90 degrees which i put into the swingarm pivot bolt, slide the zip tie to the center of the axle, then make sure it matches to the other side.

There you go! Done deal!:2thumbs:
LDO / Ray.....is it the same process for a ridgid frame ?

usually when i align my rear wheel, I focus on how the drive belt tracks on the trans drive pulley....when my adjustments are slightly skewed, i noticed that the belt walks to the inside or the outside of the pulley, depending on the rotation of the wheel... forward or backwards...i tweek the adjustments until the belt tracks straight forward or backwards then lock it down... that probably gets me in the ball park and that re-assures me that the belt / drive pulley
are square, giving me even pressure and wear
on the drive train....

I would measure it. I'll copy and scan the procedure out of the manual and post here in a few. But I wouldn't eye ball it.

This is totally different than the swing-arm models but seems pretty simple.

Use a staight edge against the wheel and along the length of the belt up to the frame rail. Adjust wheel adjusters till the gap is equal along the straight-edge and belt from rear to front.

For all others, posting the 5 pages in the "How To" section for frame/wheel alignment.

Thanks Ray....by the way how do you insert the documents into the reply
Yell if you need anything else.

I scan the pages on my scanner to .jpg images. Then I insert them just like a picture after uploading them to the "Gallery" here.
